Chicken Terrine with Pistachio

My chicken terrine is fun to make, sexy to look at and great to eat.

I do love the flavour of the prosciutto, but you can use bacon instead.
Chicken mince has a nice texture which is complemented by a very lovely mustard cream.

You can also try using different herbs in the terrine such as tarragon and parsley.
